Riverland’s Practical Nursing program helps you become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Whether you're just starting or need a program that fits with work, we offer flexible options to match your schedule and goals.

Program Options

Both tracks follow the same high standards and include hands-on learning through labs, classroom instruction, and clinical experience. You’ll be ready to take the NCLEX-PN® exam and start your career as a confident, caring nurse.

What You’ll Study

You’ll take general education and nursing classes that teach you how to:

  • Give basic health care and medical treatments
  • Give medications through IVs
  • Help patients prepare for medical procedures
  • Work as part of a healthcare team
