Riverland’s Practical Nursing program helps you become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Whether you're just starting or need a program that fits with work, we offer flexible options to match your schedule and goals.

Program Options

• Full-time Day Program – Finish your diploma in two semesters at the Austin West Campus.
• Part-time Evening Program – For working adults, this track runs three semesters with evening classes at Austin West Campus.

Both tracks follow the same high standards and include hands-on learning through labs, classroom instruction, and clinical experience. You’ll be ready to take the NCLEX-PN® exam and start your career as a confident, caring nurse.

What You’ll Study

You’ll take general education and nursing classes that teach you how to:
